A massive European loan for 2026-2027
The European Parliament has approved a package of measures allowing a loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine for 2026 and 2027.

30 billion for the state, 60 billion for defense
The announced distribution is clear: 30 billion for macro-financial assistance and budgetary support, in order to help the functioning of the state.
